On the window in the prayer room we have the phrase "Night & Day Worship and Prayer" written as a mission statement for the house of prayer, but why worship and prayer?  The combination of worship and prayer is foundational to the house of prayer and over the 3 sessions of this course, we explore why combine worship and prayer, why we use the bible and why it's important to do it together.

Michael Ball

Michael, along with his wife Becci, founded MHOP in 2010. They are passionate about calling people into intimacy with Jesus, drawing people into greater understanding of God’s word and releasing them into a lifestyle of prayer and fasting that will bring about the return of Jesus. As well as bringing leadership to the house of prayer they are also worship leaders and songwriters and believe the Lord is raising up a fresh sound in our land. Pieter Hermans

Pieter is a leader and teacher at the house of prayer, having been part of the staff team since 2015. He loves the church and longs to see her grow in devotion to the Lord and has a passion to connect children to the heart of God. He is married to Anna and they have 2 children.

Becci Ball
